River Rock is literally a few minutes from the Vancouver International Airport, and is easily accessible by taxi or by the Canada Line Skytrain that departs directly from the airport. Depart the skytrain at The Bridgeport Station, and you’ll see River Rock from the platform. River Rock is a quick 7 minutes away from the airport.
Arriving by Car
River Rock is centrally located for drivers coming from Vancouver, the Lower Mainland or Washington. By car, we’re a mere 10 minutes from Vancouver International Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver or the US border. Need directions?
From Vancouver
Take the Oak Street bridge (access is from 70th and Oak only), and then take the exit 39a for Bridgeport Road. It’s the first exit after the bridge. Take a right at Great Canadian Way and you’ll see River Rock in front of you. By Canada Line rapid transit (at Bridgeport Station) River Rock is 18 minutes from the downtown waterfront.

River Rock is accessible from highways 99 and 91, and Marine Way. If you’re coming from Surrey, follow directions below for people coming from Washington.
If you’re coming from the Lower Mainland communities of Northern Burnaby, Coquitlam, or further afield, then take the Trans Canada Highway 1 to the Grandview exit and drive down Grandview until you get to Clark Drive. Turn left on Clark Drive and continue straight until you go over the Knight Street bridge. Take your first exit after the bridge, The Bridgeport Road exit. Turn right on Great Canadian Way and you’ll see River Rock in front of you.
From Washington
Follow the I-5 over the Canadian border, which becomes Highway 99, or BC-99 North. Stay on the 99 for 24 miles, and take exit 39 for Bridgeport Road West. Turn left onto Bridgeport Road. After 0.4 miles, take a right onto Great Canadian Way and you’ll see River Rock in front of you.
Parking at River Rock
There are plenty of places to park your wheels at River Rock Casino Resort! We have a South Parkade, a West Parkade, as well as Valet parking. Our original parkade is located to the West of the building and is closest to the Casino main entrance. The South Parkade is connected to the Hotel, and the Canada Line at Bridgeport Station.

River Rock, 4 miles east of Geyserville on Highway 128, appeared to have gotten back to normal. Owned and operated by the Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians, the gaming area was busy, with slots dinging away.
The only change was that the casino's display of priceless baskets woven by ancestral tribal members was absent. When the fire approached River Rock, the baskets were moved to the Grace Hudson Museum in Ukiah, a casino official said. They remain off-site.
River Rock's outdoor deck offers views of the vineyards and hillsides — though the fire came close to the casino, the nearby burn areas are obscured by a ridge so the surrounding landscape appears unscathed.

Here's how it works: The game starts with a spin of a roulette-style wheel and ball, but this wheel has no numbers. Instead each slot has one of four colors — green, blue, white and burgundy (it is in Wine Country, after all) — and there's a deck of cards that corresponds to each color. If the ball lands in a blue slot, a card is drawn from the blue deck. Each deck has 38 cards, one for each of the 38 spaces on a roulette board, with numbers 1 to 36, 0 and 00.
The wheel gives the game a bit of Vegas-style excitement, but players don't know if they've won until the card is turned. River Rock is the only casino in Sonoma County to offer the game, a casino spokeswoman said.
